She is a double Post Graduate in Psychology and Masters of Business Administration. She has held prestigious positions such as an Executive Director of various Air Force Schools, Chairman Nominee of various Kendriya Vidyalayas, Officer in charge for AFCAT Examination, Station Public Relations Officer, Assistant Public Information Officer and many more. Post leaving service, she has a rich 8 years of experience in Corporate, before turning into a full-fledged entrepreneur. Being a trainer and HR Consultant for past 10 years, recruited and conducted training sessions for employees of civil organisations including manufacturing industry and students of educational institutions. An expert counsellor who has honed her skills through years of education, training and practical experience, engages proactively in counselling sessions to support the personal and professional growth of both students and adults. Proficiently manages operational processes for business establishments while providing comprehensive wealth management services tailored to the needs of individuals, families and organizations. Mahila Ratna Award Winner for the year 2025 in the category of Training and Counselling. Brand of the Year 2024 was presented to Meghana Consultants in Training and Counselling Consultants Category by Brands of Repute Summit and Awards. She was the women achiever for the year 2015 for Chennai Area aired in Suryan FM. She is a motivational speaker and Guest of Honour for many Corporates, University and Educational Institutions. She is a Parajumper and Scuba diver. Post leaving service, she went on to capture the podium nineteen times in the field of Marathon. Her interests are various forms of dancing and bike expedition. Her burning desire is to be known as Business Magnate. Her message to the society is “You should have Courage, Confidence and Determination for achieving your goal”.
